Holiday chocolate charcuterie board that is kid-friendly!

This post is sponsored by Pepperidge Farm®, Pretzel Crisps®, and Snyder’s of Hanover®, all opinions are my own

It is that time of year again! With 2020 being, well 2020, I am always for little ways to make the days brighter again for the littles. What better way to brighten a day than with chocolate?! I hopped on Walmart.com to look for all the must-haves to make the perfect kid-friendly charcuterie board. Here are the must-haves to make it a hit:

Milano® Double Milk Chocolate CookiesThese cookies are my husband’s FAVORITE! While taking these pictures I had to put a plate aside so he would stop touching my board. These cookies are delicious with chocolate in the center. So delicious!  Chessmen® Butter Cookies These are my personal favorite. They are sweet and simple and stamped with the most festive holiday design. Perfect for dipping in chocolate too! Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps These are perfect on their own. They are thin and provide the PERFECT crunch. The boys say they are the perfect base to add chocolate and marshmallows on top! Snyder’s Of Hanover® Rods What board would be complete without these babies? Rods are made for dipping. Add a little sprinkle and you are all set!  Extras, but just as important Dipping sauce Any type of dipping sauce, of course, we used melted chocolate. You can also use jelly or caramel.  Add-ons Sprinkles, sprinkles, sprinkles. Liven up your board with festive sprinkles or stick to them with chocolate, but they are a great way to add fun. Marshmallows are also a kid favorite and perfect to add to the pretzels.

Now the fun part begins, assembly! There is not a wrong way to put it together. Honestly, just follow your heart. The best part is that your kids will love it no matter what. They will be excited just for the fact that there are cookies.  The final step is to enjoy it! While we enjoyed the board, we talked about our favorite holiday traditions we do as a family. My youngest loves when Elfie visits and my oldest loves all the holiday cookies. My husband and I also shared what the holidays were like when we were younger. Most importantly, enjoy this time and togetherness. Happy Holidays!!!
