Countdown to cruise
T-minus 30 Days

This will be our very first family cruise! We’re setting sail in one month and I cannot wait.  Honestly, I’m probably more excited then the boys are.

With that said, shopping was in the stars. I got the boys their outfit first, because… mom guilt. Shorts, shirts, tee shirts bleh, blah.. layers. Haha Then I bought my husband his stuff. :Eye Roll: The dad basics were included including over the knee shorts. Who would have thunk that’s my husbands thing. Last but NOT least, I got myself some clothes.

PinkBlush has always been my go to. I found them when I was first pregnant and have been hooked ever since. I love that they offer stylish maternity clothing but also beautiful non-pregnancy clothing at an affordable price. Plus the quality is amazing. (Their sales are the best too!)

Being a mom, I know my style brand is … well comfy. (Is that even a style?) Sometimes you have to run after a runaway toddler, so stretch is important. You have to carry everything from bags to iPads, so flexibility is important. You also need snacks on you at all times, so pockets are life. Last but not least, you have a husband so flirt appeal has to be a thing. (Spice up your life mama lol) Just kidding on the last one, kinda.

So, without further ado, below are my day to night faves. You can shop these looks here.

ARRIVAL

Jeans, t-shirt and converse. Does this not scream mom of two kids? It also screams comfort. Pre-boarding is interesting without children, I could only imagine the chaos with two under 6. People everywhere trying to get onto that magic ship. Luggage galore. Crying kids. Hangry mom. Dad who forgot his coffee. Why are we going on this trip again?! Joking aside, this is where the comfort part takes in.

Now we’re ready to conquer the world.

DAY TRIPPIN

Kids are fed. Luggage is in the room. Now is the time to explore. This dress has all the moves with that hint of flirt. Can you see it in my eyes? Not only cute, but still comfortable with just enough detail to keep me looking put together without the fluff. Plus it’s makes a great bathing suit cover-up.

DINNER TIME

I’m the type of person to always be thinking about their next meal. The struggle is real. This cruise is a tad over a month away and I am already thinking dinner! Here, we have the perfect dinner dress.  Pair it with your favorite cardigan to keep you warm in that night breeze. In this photo, I paired it with heels for a night look but when I’m on the ship I’ll more than likely throw on some wedges for walkability. (Fitbit challenge anyone?!)
