10 Random Facts about me | SunshineandJetts

Hello.

Welcome to today’s blog post. I wanted to do a fun post today! I’m working on reshaping my blog and writing post that would be more of a service to you (see survey at the end!). So I thought the perfect way to transition a bit is to share 10 random things about me! Here we goooo…Please share something about you in the comments section!

1. I don’t like people wearing shoes in the house. Literally irks me to no end. My mind starts to go to the dirt and germs…and ugh.

2. I’m Mexican and Filipino.

3. I never saw myself as a boy mom. When I first found out we were having a boy I was so scared. I now couldn’t see my life any other way.

4. I’ve always been an over sharer. I had a ‘lifestyle’ blog in my early 20’s. It wasn’t at all exciting, but I wrote and wrote. I like to look back at it every so often and see how silly I was.

5. My first official job was at Victoria’s Secret. I was 18 and thought I was so grown up.

6. My boys could be attached to my hip all day, but as soon as my husband comes home, I do not exist. Unless they want a snack of course. (see picture to the left LOL)

7. I had a tumor taken out when I was in the 7th grade.

8. Mornings are not my thing. I hit the snooze button way more than I should.

9. I had a semi-permanent retainer when I was young. My top jar part was smaller than my bottom part. My dad would have to take a ‘key’ every
night and push my jaw out a bit.

10. Megan is actually my middle name. I’ve never really gone by my first. I remember the first day of school the teacher asked everyone to write their first and last names. Everyone was raising their hands to ask for help on how to spell their last names. I raised my hand to ask how to spell my first name. She asked me what I knew how to spell – I said ‘Megan’. So she told me to go by that. Annnnd here I am. Haha.
